How to Use This Tool

    Subject and Credit Hours Setting गर्दा ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुराः जस्तै नेपाली विषयका लागि Nepali TH लेखेर Theory को Full Marks र Credit Hours लेखि सकेपछि त्यसैको तलको Row मा Nepali PR लेखेर नेपालीको Practicle को Full Marks र Credit Hours लेख्नु पर्छ। अन्य विषयको पनि त्यहि तरिकाले लेखेर विषय र Full Marks र Credit Hours सेटिङ् गरेर विद्यार्थीको ग्रेडसिट तयार गरी प्रिन्टआउट गर्न सकिन्छ। अझै केही समस्या भए Contact Us बाट मेल गरेर पनि जानकारी लिन सकिने छ।

  1. School Setting: Click the "School Setting" button to enter your school's basic information including name, establishment year, address, and current year. Save this information for future use.
  2. Exam Setting: Use the dropdown to select the type of exam (First Term, Second Term, or Annual Exam).
  3. Class Setting: Select the appropriate class level from 1 to 12 using the dropdown menu.
  4. Year Setting: Choose the academic year from 2082 to 2100 B.S. using the dropdown.
  5. Subject & Credit Hour Setting: Click this button to define all subjects, their full marks, and credit hours. You can add up to 16 subjects. Use the Edit button to modify any subject information.
  6. Fill up Students Names & Marks: After completing all settings, click this button to enter student data. The system will automatically create new rows when you enter roll numbers.
  7. Convert to Grades: Once student marks are entered, click this button to automatically convert marks to grades based on the predefined grading system.
  8. Generate Grade Sheet: Create professional grade sheets for each student that can be printed directly.

Important Tips

  • Complete all settings (School, Exam, Class, Year, and Subjects) before entering student marks.
  • Save your data frequently to prevent loss of information.
  • Use the Edit buttons to modify information in subject tables and student marks.
  • The system automatically calculates GPA based on grade points and credit hours.
  • Grade sheets are formatted for A4 paper size and can be printed directly.
  • All data is stored in your browser's local storage, so it will persist even if you close the browser.
  • For best results, use the tool on a desktop or laptop computer with a modern browser.
